An intensive 6-week training institute at no cost to the candidate. Over the summer, TeacherNex alternate route candidates will take part in a free, intensive six-week training institute that focuses on the tools and skills you need to be a highly effective beginning teacher who raises student achievement.

**Please note that Institute is required for all alternate-route candidates. Participation in the TeacherNex hiring pool is contingent upon successful completion of our six-week training institute.

All of our teachers can expect prompt, professional and courteous service from our job search support specialists, who are based in Newark and have personal relationships with many school administrators, a deep knowledge of both charter and district school systems and hiring processes, and who will keep in mind your unique skills and strengths as a teacher.
